The telescopic system reduces the risk of further movement of your teeth, so it’s positive for your remaining teeth and gums as it stabilises everything. It doesn’t affect taste or speech, there’s no fixatives or polygrip needed, you can keep it in overnight if you like, and it lasts for up to 20 years.
